Rope access – Industrial climbing

RaKon use rope access technology to perform work and inspect areas in heights with limited access. Rope access is simply told, work at height done with rope. The method was developed by the oil and gas industry for safe work at height. In recent years, the method has also increasingly been used in land-based industry, as a safer and more cost-effective alternative to traditional methods like scaffolding, crane, etc. Rope access also requires less rigging and provides a smaller footprint than scaffolding and cranes, and normal operation can be maintained.

Our operators are skilled climbers, but first and foremost experienced professionals in inspection, rehabilitation and rigging. The combination of experience, competence and good craftsmanship, enables us to solve complex challenges.

All our operators are SOFT certified, according to NS 9600 – Work in ropes.

We can contribute with:
  • Inspection of steel and concrete structures
  • DROPS inspection
  • Drone inspection
  • Rigging
  • Maintenance
  • Rehabilitation
  • Fall protection
  • Access systems
  • Consulting
We are happy to have a chat about rope access, and discuss how it can increase both efficiency and safety in your projects.
